House rules- Please note you'll need to submit your ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after confirming your booking. - We do not allow pets in the building. - We do not allow smoking in the building. - No parties allowed on site. - Keep noise levels low after 10 pm. - Passport or ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners (if in-person check-in). - Request for ID, Passport to be sent via email or booking platform if self-check-in. - Everyone’s health and safety are of the utmost importance, you must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. - We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. - Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment. - We do not permit short-stay bookings to bring other guests onto the property. Disclaimer: For bookings with check-in dates from January 1- July 1 and September 1 - December 31, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrolment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation in line with the cancellation policy. For bookings with check-in dates between July 1- August 31, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes. Please note that this property is a student accommodation designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are only accepted during the summer period (July 1 - August 31). If you are unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please contact the property in advance to confirm availability before reserving. Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, the property will be unable to complete the check-in and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy. All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
