With its roots planted way back in Roman times, today Cardiff is a vibrant, exciting city. The capital city of Wales and the home of the Welsh Parliament. Stay in this well-positioned Studio and you’ll find most places you’d like to visit handy. Cardiff University is only 20 minutes’ walk. With sights set further afield, if you are arriving or leaving by rail then Queens Street Station is only 11 minutes’ walk.

CancellationFree cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the you cancel at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee

House rules- Please note you'll need to submit your STUDENT ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after confirming your booking. - Keep noise levels low after 10 pm. - Passport or ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners (if in-person check-in). - Request for ID, Passport to be sent via email or booking platform if self-check-in - Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans - For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - July 1st and Sept 1st - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy. - For bookings with checkin between May 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (May 1st – August 31st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving.

- We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions.
