With its roots planted way back in Roman times, today Cardiff is a vibrant, exciting city. The capital city of Wales and the home of the Welsh Parliament. Stay in this well-positioned Studio and you’ll find most places you’d like to visit handy. Cardiff University is only 20 minutes’ walk. With sights set further afield, if you are arriving or leaving by rail then Queens Street Station is only 11 minutes’ walk.

House rules- Please note you'll need to submit your STUDENT ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after confirming your booking. - Keep noise levels low after 10 pm. - Passport or ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners (if in-person check-in). - Request for ID, Passport to be sent via email or booking platform if self-check-in - Please note that ensuite single rooms do not include kitchen access. - Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans - For bookings with check-in dates from Jan 1st - Apr 30th and Sep 1st - Dec 31st, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrolment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation in line with the cancellation policy. - For bookings with check-in dates between May 1st - Aug 31st, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a student accommodation designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are only accepted during the summer period (May 1st - Aug 31st). If you are unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please contact the property in advance to confirm availability before reserving. - Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated due to building planning permissions.
