It has an active and busy highstreet along West End Lane, with some fantastic pubs –The Lion is particularly popular with the local crowd. The neighbourhood has a strong community spirit and is overwhelmingly young; the majority of residents here are under 40. Perhaps not unexpectedly, there’s a variety of hip cafes, bars and restaurants for visitors to sample.
